Arrest Made In Fort Collins Stabbing
Neighbor Held In Woman's Slaying

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Fort Collins police have arrested a 20-year-old neighbor in connection with the stabbing death of an unidentified woman at a local apartment complex.Horacio Javier Pasillas-Rodriguez was arrested Thursday night on a charge of first-degree murder.A woman was found stabbed to death at the Bull Run complex at 820 Merganser Drive in northeast Fort Collins on Tuesday and police had been working around the clock since the slaying to identify and arrest a suspect.
According to the Larimer County Coroner’s office, positive identification of the woman is still pending.Several neighbors said they believed the woman lived in the apartment unit with her husband and two young children.
