Man Strapped To Tree Injured When Tree Falls

Accident Happened While Man Was Cutting Tree

A man cutting down a tree was injured Wednesday when the tree fell while he was strapped to it.

The accident happened in the 2600 block of South Wadsworth Way, near West Yale Avenue.

The victim was one of two men who were working to fell the tree just before noon.

He was transported to Swedish Hospital with trauma injuries, according to West Metro spokeswoman Cindy Matthews.
