Police Look For Witness In Aurora Man's Slaying
Surveillance Video Captured Man Walking In Area

AURORA, Colo. -- Aurora police have asked for the public's help in identifying a possible witness in the slaying of a homeless man on East Colfax.Roger William Harris, 35, died from multiple gunshot wounds after he was shot behind the Sunrise Restaurant at 9115 East Colfax Avenue, at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 30.Investigators have offered no possible motive for the shooting.
Police released a photo taken from surveillance video that shows a man in dark clothing walking by the front of a store in the area.Anyone who thinks they might recognize the man is asked to call Detective Matt Fyles at 303-739-6067 or 303-921-4629.The Aurora Police Department has offered $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the slaying.
