The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspicious death after a Centennial man found the body of a young man on his front lawn Friday morning.

Deputies and firefighters responding to a call at 5:30 a.m. found the body of a 23-year-old man lying in the front yard of a home on East Phillips Place and East Otero Circle, near County Line Road and South Yosemite Street.

Andrew Gelston Graham was face down and had no visible trauma injuries, said Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson.

Graham did not live in that home, but how he got to that Willow Creek subdivision, and exactly how he died are under investigation.

"This homicide is currently being investigated by a significant number of sheriff's office deputies and personnel," Robinson said.

Investigators said he may have been killed somewhere else and his body dumped in front of the home. Robinson said Graham is a local resident but will not release his home address.

Anyone with any information related to the homicide is asked to contact the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office at 303-795-4711. A cash reward may be made available for viable information, the sheriff's office said.
