Casiano was later charged with DUI, child abuse and driving under restraint. He is the father of Natalia.Another man, Jason Carley, 24, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of providing alcohol to a minor. He allegedly provided Maxfield with alcohol prior to the crash.
