Two Adults Found Dead Inside Home
No One Else Involved, JeffCo Sheriff's Office Says

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. -- A woman and man were found dead inside their home in Jefferson County Monday morning.It appeared that both had been shot, said Jefferson County Sheriff's spokeswoman Jacki Kelley. A preliminary investigation showed that no one else was involved, Kelley said.Deputies were called to the couple's home at West Oregon Place, near South Kipling Parkway, at about 7:48 a.m.
A woman who met them at the home had requested the welfare check. She said her parents lived in the house and she had not heard from them recently and couldn't reach them by phone.Deputies discovered the bodies inside the home. It's not clear how long the man and woman have been dead.They have not been identified yet, pending notification of next of kin.
