UNC Prof Resigns Amid Toilet Video Allegations
Raymond Vance Fulkerson Had Been Place On Leave By University

GREELEY, Colo. -- A performing arts professor at the University of Northern Colorado has resigned amid charges that he videotaped children using his bathroom.Raymond Vance Fulkerson resigned in a letter to the university on Sept. 24, the Greeley Tribune reported Tuesday.Fulkerson was charged with sexual exploitation of a child and unlawful sexual conduct after a video camera was found in his bathroom at his Greeley home
Students went to his home to be coached on voice and acting.Fulkerson faces six felony counts of sexual exploitation and nine misdemeanor peeping Tom charges, plus a petty offense of possession of marijuana.Prosecutors said that after news of his initial arrest was reported, more alleged victims came forward.Fulkerson was placed on leave by the college pending the outcome of internal investigation.
