Prosecutors: 10 Alleged Victims Found

A University of Northern Colorado drama professor is facing additional charges after he was accused of videotaping people as they used the bathroom in his home.

Raymond Vance Fulkerson is charged with 12 counts including sexual exploitation of a child, unlawful sexual contact (peeping tom) and possessing marijuana.

Prosecutors said Fulkerson, 63, secretly videotaped young men using a toilet and shower in his home. Police said he told them he initially placed the camera in the bathroom to keep track of his aging parents.

Fulkerson was suspended with pay after his arrest in July. The most recent charges were filed last week.

Prosecutors said there are now 10 alleged victims. Weld District Attorney Anthony Perea said three more charges, relating to three more victims, should be filed by Friday.

A disposition hearing scheduled for Thursday was continued. The next hearing is on Nov. 2.
