COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A Colorado couple trying to sell their home since May has an interesting offer: buy their home and get a free trip to Vegas on a private jet.

The home in Colorado Springs has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a three-car garage. It’s listed for $569,900, according to KKTV-TV.

“We had dropped the price and dropped the price and it became evident that dropping the price is just not enough to do it anymore," Ann Janitell said. "We're a blended family, Dick's house hasn't sold, this house didn't sell and as of two weeks ago we have four kids in college, and so you get real creative."

Creative meant an incentive. Realtor Kelly Miller said, "I thought it was a fabulous idea. I don't know that someone is going to buy the house because of the trip, but I do think that it may spur someone to look at the house."
