OGALLALA, Neb. -- Authorities say a Colorado man has been cited on suspicion of reckless driving after allegedly running over a boy at a western Nebraska camp site and injuring him.Three-year-old Kevin Ostarkov of Denver was playing near his family's camp site at Lake McConaughy on Monday when another member of the camp accidentally backed a station wagon over him, Keith County Attorney Blake Edwards said.Edwards said Alexander Kayrevich of Commerce City, Colo., was cited in the accident that left the boy with broken bones, including a skull fracture.
The boy was taken to Children's Hospital in Aurora for treatment. He was listed in serious condition Wednesday evening.
