Father, 16-Year-Old Driver Injured

POSTED: 6:12 am MDT July 15, 2009

Three members of a Littleton family were killed in a rollover accident on Interstate 80 east of Rock Springs, and two other family members survived.

The Wyoming State Patrol identified the victims as the family's mother, 45-year-old Dodi Arnold, and her daughters, 24-year-old Kinnie Arnold and 15-year-old Bailey Arnold.

The patrol report said the victims were riding in a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by a 16-year-old, that rolled over Monday evening after a semitrailer moved into its lane.

The accident happened about nine miles west of Point of Rocks, in Sweetwater County in southwestern Wyoming.

Two others in the Suburban, 43-year-old Jonathan Arnold, family's father, and 16-year-old Dellan Arnold, the driver of the vehicle, were treated for injuries at County Memorial Hospital in Rock Springs and released.
