Parker Girl Attacked While She Was Sleeping

DENVER -- Police in Parker believe an intruder climbed through the second-story window and assaulted an 8-year-old girl while she was sleeping.The assault happened in the 16000 block of Quarry Hill Drive in the Stonegate subdivision.The girl's parents called 911 when the heard the intruder inside the home. Deputies arrived and searched the neighborhood but were unable to find that intruder.
Police only have a vague description of the attacker.Parker police said they will step up patrols in the area.Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Parker police or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
