Motorcyclist Ejected From Bike, Dies
Biker Collided With Chevy Malibu

DENVER -- A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a Chevy Malibu in Englewood around noon, troopers said Monday.A 2008 white Chevy Malibu was headed north on South Chambers Road making a left turn onto East Ontero Avenue when it was hit by a 1998 black Honda motorcycle headed south on Chambers.The front of the Honda collided with the front passenger side of the Chevy, said Trooper David Hall of the Colorado State Patrol.
The motorcyclist, Donald E. Harms, 45, of Parker, was thrown from the motorcycle. He died at Littleton Hospital, Hall said. He was not wearing a helmet.The driver of the Malibu, Robert E. Spaulding, 75, of Plainview, Tex., was not injured but cited for careless driving causing death, Hall said.
