Greeley police are looking for a woman who attacked a pregnant student with a metal scooter.

Amanda Watkins, 26, a student at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, was attacked outside her home Sunday on Seventh Avenue, according to the Greeley Tribune

“I saw this little boy torturing a cat, and I told him to stop. He got his mother, and she attacked me,” Watkins told the newspaper.

Watkins has a head injury, scratches and bruises and three chipped teeth because of the attack.

The Tribune reported that police are still searching for the woman, who apparently lived two houses away from Watkins but hasn’t come home since the attack.
