Despite being 89 years old, this week's 7Everyday Hero is still driving to the office every day.

Orlando Martinez volunteers at The Villas at Canterbury Gardens in Aurora Monday through Friday.

"It was like he was made for this. So, we really appreciate having him," said Ethel Bowen, a resident at The Villas.

Martinez started helping out when his wife was battling Alzheimer's Disease and continued to volunteer after she passed away.

"He says everyone is his friend - and that's the truth," said Bonnie Hires, Life Enrichment Coordinator for The Villas.
