POSTED: 5:38 am MST February 3, 2009

A 24-year-old architect was advised in district court in Aspen that she likely faces several charges stemming from an incident at a local bar.

The Aspen Daily News reported Tuesday that Rebecca Nolan was told she is likely to be charged with second-degree assault on a police officer, harassment, domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Police were called to the Regal Watering Hole early Saturday on a report of a fight between a man and woman. Officers said they found Nolan fighting with her boyfriend, according to the News.

In addition to biting one police officer, Nolan is also accused of kicking another officer, the newspaper reported.
