COLORADO CITY, Colo. -- A Colorado Department of Transportation plow driver rear-ended in a crash in Colorado City didn't even realize he had been in an accident until nearby drivers flagged him down to stop. That's when the plow driver found out he was dragging the car that hit him.John Archuleta, 70, of Colorado Springs rear ended the CDOT snow plow at 9:18 a.m. Monday.
