5,500 Without Power In Golden
Xcel Says Substation Causing Problems

DENVER -- About 5,500 people in Golden and parts of Wheat Ridge are without power after Xcel said it started having trouble with one of its sub-stations.The outage started just after 8 p.m. Monday night.
Xcel said they the outage is their top priority and they have multiple crews working to get the power back on.
