GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- A Grand Junction woman was jailed Wednesday after she was accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy.

Theresa Lynn Millon, 31, is under investigation for sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, according to a report in the Grand Junction Sentinel.

Millon became pregnant in February and terminated her pregnancy in June, according to an arrest affidavit, because she thought the boy was the father.

A caseworker at the Mesa County Department of Human Services alerted police in mid-May, the newspaper reported.

Millon told investigators that she initially denied several requests from the teen to engage in sexual intercourse, but "it just happened" one night, the affidavit said. They had sex three or four more times in February without using condoms, the document stated.

The woman said the boy told her he was about to turn 16 years of age and had "been with" older women before.
