A woman calling herself a “black witch” threatened to hex officers in Eagle after being stopped on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the Vail Daily newspaper.

The woman was pulled over July 11 after she was seen swerving to avoid a head-on crash after crossing into oncoming traffic.

The newspaper reports the woman claimed to be a “black witch” and threatened to place a hex on the arresting officers.

According to the Vail Daily, when officers handcuffed and arrested her, she began yelling profanities and declared herself to be a “black witch.” She also threatened to hex the two officers involved.
