Three men allegedly trying to use a stolen credit card to buy a Rolex watch were arrested Saturday when the store clerk noticed they were acting nervous and called police.

Police said the men behaved strangely at the store in the Flatiron Crossing Mall. When the clerk tried to scan the card, one of them asked for the card back before all three left the store, said Sgt. Colleen O’Connell of the Broomfield Police Department.

The clerk called police, who found the men at another part of the mall. Police said the men had a counterfeit driver’s license and credit cards.

Police believe the men also made fraudulent purchases on July 11 at the Park Meadows Mall.

The men have been identified as Albert Yeghiazaryan, of San Diego, and Artur Khurblaryan and Vigen Grigoryan, both of North Hollywood, Calif., O’Connell said.

All three are being held at the Broomfield County Jail on charges of forgery, identity theft, conspiracy, criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal impersonation.
