Police: Man Shoots 1 Person, Turns Gun On Self

Police Investigate Broomfield Shooting

A fight in Broomfield Saturday night ended with a 31-year-old man shooting another man before turning the gun on himself, police said.

The shooting happened in the 12200 block of North Perry Street.

Investigators said two men got into an argument around 10:45 p.m. Saturday.

The 28-year-old victim from Broomfield was shot in the abdomen by the 31-year-old man, police said.

He then shot himself in the head.

Both men were taken to Denver area hospitals for treatment. Police did not release the condition of either man.

The case is still under investigation.
