DENVER -- An assistant city attorney for Denver resigned after being accused of using her position to fix a speeding ticket.Last year the Call7 Investigators uncovered a report saying Dani Eliscu threatened an animal control officer over a ticket written to her for dogs running loose in a park.Eliscu was reprimanded for the incident, but has since resigned, reported 7NEWS.
The officer who tore up the speeding ticket received a written reprimand.
