Aurora police are asking for the public's help in finding the gunmen who shot two women at a bar and grill Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the La Sierra Bar and Grill at 2045 Clinton St. on reports of shots fired.

Police found two adult women each suffering from a single gunshot wound to their upper torso, said Detective Shannon M. Lucy of the Aurora Police Department.

Both were taken to local hospitals. One is in stable condition, and the other is in serious condition, Lucy said.

Detectives did not say how the women were shot but said they are looking to two men in connection with the shooting.

The first gunman is described as Hispanic in his mid 20s about 5 feet 8 inches with a medium build. He was wearing a black or brown jacket and was armed with a handgun, Lucy said.

The gunman was driving a white over tan late model Ford F250 extended cab or a four-door pickup truck with dark tinted windows and stock wheels. There were four Hispanic men inside the truck, police said.

The second gunman is described as Hispanic and was wearing a yellow shirt and a tan cowboy hat. He was also carrying a handgun, Lucy said.

He was driving a late model Ford F150 or F250 pick-up truck. It had chrome over the wheel wells and a chrome gas cap on the driver’s side. The truck may have bullet holes in the front end, particularly in the grill area, and may have a broken window.

The Aurora Police Department is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the identity and charging of the men in this case.

Anyone with information is asked to call Aurora police at 303-739-6710.
