UPDATED: 7:21 pm MDT May 9, 2008

A New Mexico man and woman have been indicted for robbing two banks in southern Colorado.

Kacey Fisher and Julia Norris are charged with two counts of armed bank robbery apiece. The allegations were made public Friday, but hometowns weren't available for either suspect.

Authorities accuse the 32-year-old Fisher and the 31-year-old Norris of robbing the Bank of the San Juans in Durango on March 26. They also are accused of robbing the First Southwest Bank in Pagosa Springs on April 1.

Fisher also is facing one count of using a firearm during a crime.

Each suspect faces up to 25 years in federal prison, and a maximum $250,000 fine, if convicted of armed robbery.
