Springs is here and bear sightings are increasing.

In the last month bears have been spotted in Steamboat Springs, Aspen and now Colorado Springs.

KKTV in Colorado Springs is reporting that a mother bear and two cubs were seen in the Ravencrest Condominium Complex west of Interstate 25 and Woodmen Road. They were rummaging through the trash at about 10 p.m.

Witnesses told the TV station they also saw the bears break through a gate into a neighbor's back yard.

The bears eventually ended up in a tree.

See some photos of the bears on KKTV's Web site.
