Immigration Agents Arrest 8 In Aspen Raid
Officials Investigating Fraudulent Documents

ASPEN, Colo. -- Immigration agents arrested eight people in Aspen Thursday on immigration charges, according to Carl Rusnok with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.Rusnok told 7NEWS the raid was part of a joint investigation into fraudulent documents by ICE and the FBI.The investigation is ongoing.
The Aspen Daily News is reporting the raid happened at a home on Spruce Street in Aspen.A friend of one of the men arrested told the newspaper the people arrested were Mexican immigrants who worked locally as cooks and dishwashers.The people who were arrested are being held at the Park County Jail.
