Girls Snap Photo Of Alleged Flasher

Incident in Snowmass Village Occurred Saturday

POSTED: 11:28 am MDT March 19, 2008

Cell phone and digital cameras are everywhere these days, so it is no surprise that more and more people are snapping photos of crimes in progress.

It happened over the weekend in a Snowmass Village parking lot, where three teenage girls, ages 15 and 16, were in Lot 8 near the Snowmass Village mall at about 11 p.m. They told police that the man allegedly approached their car and dropped his pants.

The girls were able to snap a digital photo before the man drove away.

If caught, the man could face a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call the Snowmass Village Police Department at 970-923-5330.
