Bourbon Maple Glaze

Recipe Provided By ESPN Zone

  • 1 Qt Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 Oz Bourbon
  • 0.50 Oz Kitchen Bouquet Spice
  • 0.50 Qt Olive Oil

Place on stove top. Flame off Bourbon. Add maple syrup and kitchen bouquet. Place hot syrup into pan, slowly add olive oil (drizzle).
