Deputies Say Naked Man Kicked Urine At Them

Man Charged With Indecent Exposure, Assault

Sheriff's deputies in Arapahoe County say a man they arrested for running naked up and down a street became belligerent and started kicking his urine at them.

Kevin Lininger, 28, was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 5200 block of South Shawnee Street. Lininger was seen running up and down the street completely naked, said Sheriff Grayson Robinson.

He was taken to a detention facility where he started urinating on the floor, became belligerent and started kicking his urine at the deputies, deputies.

Some of the deputy's clothes "were contaminated with urine," Robinson said, but the liquid did not make contact with the deputy's skin.

Lininger was held for investigation of indecent exposure and second-degree assault, on a $10,000 bond.
