Orange Pepper Steaks

3 Bacon wrapped filet mignon
olive oil
sea or Kosher salt
2-3 tsp cracked pepper medley
1/2 cup Orange marmalade
3-4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Brush steaks with oil, sprinkle with pinches of salt and press pepper evenly into both sides of steaks. Grill over a medium high flame.
Combine marmalade, vinegar and ginger and brush over steaks while they grill, reserving some of the sauce. Remove from grill, rest and serve with remaining sauce.
