4 tsp freshly ground Pepper Medley
4 tsp dried lemon zest
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp granulated onion

Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on meats, seafood and vegetables. Store leftovers in an empty spice container.
