1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 TBS lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce

Heat in saucepan until ingredients marry, cool. Brush salmon with some of the sauce and marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Grill fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness on a medium high grill. Reduce remaining marinade to taste and use as a finishing glaze and serving sauce
