DENVER -- Deliberations began Tuesday in the child sexual assault case against Vincent Margera, who plays the MTV character "Don Vito" on "Viva La Bam." Margera is accused of fondling three girls during a public appearance at a mall in the Denver suburb of Lakewood. He faces three felony charges. He also faces 12 felony counts of violating his bail conditions. Those conditions included having no contact with children younger than 18, consuming no drugs or alcohol, and providing detailed information on business travel plans.
His defense attorney, Pamela Mackey, said Margera was in character during the public appearance, playing the outrageous uncle on the show.
