Bradshaw Faces 96 To 208 Years In Prison

A man who posed as a potential home buyer to lure a realtor into a vacant home to rape and rob her was convicted Tuesday of sexual assault and robbery.

Police said, back in 2006, Brandon Bradshaw contacted a female real estate agent and set up an appointment to tour a rural home in Keenesburg. Once inside the house, Bradshaw robbed and raped the woman.

A jury found Bradshaw guilty of four charges including sexual assault, second-degree kidnapping and aggravated robbery.

Bradshaw faces between 96 and 208 years in prison.

Bradshaw has an extensive criminal record that dates back to the early 1980s, including numerous felony convictions.

The assault occured in January in rural southeastern Weld County and Bradshaw was arrested at a motel in Wheat Ridge three days later.
