A Grand Junction man has been named a person of interest in the case of a missing mother of three.

Paige Birgfeld, 34, was last seen June 28. Her car was found on fire the next day.

Investigators said they have searched the home of 56-year-old Lester Jones twice looking for evidence.

He has not been named a suspect in the case, but is being considered a person of interest.

Dozens of volunteers have helped in the search for Birgfeld.
