When patrol officers knocked on the door, a man fled on foot out the back door, according to police. The suspect was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.

When police searched the home they found 12 to 14 pitbull dogs, pictured left and right, in the home as well as narcotics and weapons, 7NEWS reported.
