Seven Layer (or so) Dip

In an oven proof dish, spreading a layer of refried beans. Sprinkle with seasoned and cooked taco meat, then your favorite salsa, then grated cheddar or Pepper Jack, then sliced black olives, then minced green onions, then diced tomatoes. Store in refrigerator.

When ready to serve, place in 325 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges. Remove from oven and top with a dollop of fresh sour cream and a dollop of guacamole or diced avocado. Serve with corn chips.
