Air Force Academy commanders are deciding this week whether to court-martial an academy cadet on charges of sodomy with a minor.
Cadet Rober Ryan Burdge faces four criminal charges in connection with the alleged crime: sodomy with a minor, indecent acts with a minor, communicating indecent language to a minor, and obstruction of justice, Neil Talbott, AFA spokesman.
The Academy senior was the subject of an Aritcle 32 hearing last week to determine if there is enough evidence to warrant a general court-martial.
The charges stem from an alleged incident last June.
