Audit Reveals $12,000 Missing From Farmer's Bank

An Ault, Colo., bank teller is due back in court Jan. 7 on charges she stole $12,000 from customers during the month she worked at the bank.
Erin Rose, 27, of Greeley, Colo., told investigators that she spent part of the money on a stereo on DVD player. Police recovered $8,000 from her car and home.
Police were called bank the vice president of the Farmer's Bank who told them he suspected Rose of forging withdrawal slips and taking the cash.
