Radio personality Scott Cortelyou, 53, was arrested Wednesday for a second time on charges of Internet sexual exploitation of a child.

Jefferson County investigators said he engaged in more than one sexually graphic Internet conversation with a person he believed to be an underage child in August 2006. Police said he was actually talking online with an investigator.

Cortelyou was arrested Wednesday at his home in Conifer by district attorney investigators in Jefferson County.

Cortelyou was first arrested on Jan. 23 by Fort Collins police at the radio station where he works. In that case he was accused of using the Internet to lure a child into a sexual relationship. He was booked on suspicion of Internet luring of a child and Internet sexual exploitation of a child.

Cortelyou is the host of the show "Business for Breakfast" on KRCN radio 1060 AM.

Cortelyou is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court in Jefferson County on Thursday morning.
