UPDATED: 7:10 pm MST January 23, 2007

The second of two victims killed in last week's Colorado Springs apartment fire has been identified as 32-year-old Clemente Perez Salgado of Colorado Springs, police said.

The first victim killed in the fire at the Castle West Apartment complex was identified Saturday as Joe Santoya, 52.

On Monday, an autopsy revealed that both men died of smoke inhalation.

The Colorado Springs Police Department ruled their deaths as homicides and have arrested two cousins, Derrick Johnson and Gene Johnson, in connection with the deadly fire.

No other victims were found inside the complex.

On Tuesday, a judge issued a gag order in the apartment fire case. The gag order prohibits authorities from giving any more information about the investigation with the exception of the discovery or identification of additional victims, additional arrests and information about how residents can get their belongings.
