Here's a terrific glaze for grilled chicken, beef or pork, and great for any tailgating party.

• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Brush on grilled meats, poultry or pork near the end of cooking. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
