UPDATED: 2:36 pm MST December 11, 2006

A judge on Monday will consider a request to lower the bond for a man accused in an alleged drunken driving accident that killed three members of a Denver family.

Lawrence Trujillo has been charged with 13 counts, including vehicular homicide and child abuse resulting in death in connection with the deadly crash in downtown Denver.

Investigators said Trujillo was drunk when he ran through a red light and struck the Frank Bingham family and left the scene.

Becca Bingham, 39, and her two young children, Macie and Garrison, died.

Their father and husband, Frank Bingham, survived. If convicted on all counts, Trujillo could be sentenced to 126 years in prison.
