POSTED: 1:08 pm MST December 5, 2006

A Denver man was arrested on Internet sex charges after a 15-month investigation by the Littleton Police Department.

The investigation began in August 2005 as police were posing as a 14-year-old girl in an Internet chat room.

According to police, Todd D. Gregory, 26, contacted multiple undercover profiles and engaged in sexually explicit chat messages while exposing himself on a webcam.

Littleton police detectives, assisted by Denver police, arrested Gregory at an undisclosed location in Denver on Tuesday. He was wearing what appeared to be an Arby's uniform when his mugshot was taken.

Detectives executed a search warrant at his residence.

Gregory was booked into the Arapahoe County Jail on charges of Internet sexual exploitation of a child, Internet luring of a child and obscenity. He was being held on a $50,000 bond.
