A driver headed the wrong way on Interstate 25 caused a crash that killed one person and injured three others, police said.Shortly before midnight Saturday, Denver police received reports of a three-car wreck in the northbound lanes of I-25 near the Downing Street exit, said Detective John White.White said the driver of a Nissan was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other victims were transported to Denver Health Medical Center with injuries described as non-life-threatening.Also involved in the crash were a Lexus SUV and Mercury SUV.White said investigators were unsure whether the Nissan or Lexus SUV were driving south in the northbound lanes of I-25. They were still working to determine who caused the crash.The wreck forced the closure of northbound I-25 at Downing around midnight. The interstate was reopened around 5 a.m. Sunday.
