An undersheriff walking outside the Aspen Police Department and Pitkin County Sheriff's Office was surprised to find a stolen bike with a note on Friday.The note said, "Sorry. I stole this bike. I rode it home. Please give it back" and it was signed, "Drunk," according to the Aspen Times.Undersheriff Ron Ryan told the newspaper he's seen a lot of things during his time in law enforcement, but this special-delivered confession of sorts marked a first in his career.See the note and read more in the Aspen Times.
