New Faces and Farewell

As January rolls to a close we have some changes at ELK. We are excited to introduce some new staff members. Join us in welcoming them to the ELK family!

Syrena Johnson came onto the ELK staff in October as our Bilingual Student Coordinator.

Lolita Respects Nothing joined our staff just this month as the new Executive Assistant.

Deborah Purce will be joining our staff in February as our new Education Coordinator.

Learn a bit more about the new faces here at ELK by checking out their bios here! Liberty, Kim and Stacie continue to serve ELK in their current roles.

We bid farewell to two of our loved staff members this month. Education Director, Matt Crouse, packed up his fly rod and moved back to Florida to be closer to his family in mid January. Development Director, Cindy Chang, is moving on to pursue other endeavors and staying in Denver. Both will be missed, but we wish them all the happiness and exciting adventures that come with exploring new frontiers!

ELK is gearing up for a fun filled 2012!

ELK staff have been hard at work these winter months, preparing for an amazing 2012. Despite the cold and snow ELK youth and staff are getting ready for some fun outdoor educational activities. We are dusting off our snowshoes and starting the year off right with our upcoming trip to Rocky Mountain National Park on February 11th.
