Exercising first thing in the morning can add to your sense of well being all day long. Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier and use the time to walk or do an aerobic or toning video. You'll go through the rest of your day knowing that you're making positive steps towards health.Make More Active Plans
Sometimes it is our social obligations that keep us from carving out time to exercise. Make plans to go on a bike ride instead of out to lunch, or on a hike rather than to a movie. Even meeting up after hours and dancing the night away counts!Break it Up
Most studies show that exercising for 30 minutes on most days each week is what it takes to improve fitness. Can't find a half hour? Try shorter periods of activity spread throughout the day, such as three 10-minute walks.
