DENVER — A new application on the market is offering safe ride options for people who could put the lives of others -- and their own -- at risk if they get behind the wheel.
"I'M DRUNK" is a free app that takes ZIP codes and shares search options available for taxis, ride shares, tow and go solutions and shuttles all over the United States.
Creators said the app is designed to be simple for people who are intoxicated to get a safe ride option quickly and efficiently. The I’M DRUNK application was designed to be a “Two Clicks to Save Lives”, where the user, once they download, can rest assure that no matter where they go, they never have to worry about driving drunk.
The application launched last September in beta mode. Creators released the most recent version a few months ago. The app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
